All PPREI investment projects are now sold out!

Well folks, I’m sorry to report to those of you who wanted to get in on the offshore real estate investment opportunity presented by PPREI (Paradise Properties Real Estate Investments) that all of their projects are now sold-out. As the e-mail below states, you’ll get another chance as I’m sure they’ll soon have some other project in the works into which you can invest. Sadly I did not get a chance to drop some money into the latest projects as my money is tied up in other ventures at the moment, but I intend to take advantage of other future opportunities. Cheers!

It has been a busy summer and looking the same for the fall. Just wanted to let everyone know that all the current plans are sold out!
There will be more plans coming in the near future so stayed tuned!!
Also we would appreciate those that invest to simply post in the forum they have done so as it shows our true investor strength and helps those that are thinking about it to ask questions. I know the forum is a dead forum at the moment, but that will change.
We have no news regarding FriendlyPay. Many of you ask us about it but we have nothing new to report. Hopefully they get back to normal operation soon……………

New investment ventures from PPREI Ltd. (real estate)

I just happen to be browsing the PPREI Ltd. website (Paradise Properties Real Estate Investments) and although it’s been a while since I came by I did notice that they’re offering new investment ventures, so I thought I’d let you all know in case offshore real estate investing is your cup of team.

They currently have two investment options: vacant land and a pre-construction development. There are three investment plans, but one is already closed. Listed below are the two current remaining plans.

New Early Bird(Vacant Land)

    Plan Type: Recurring Payment
    Initial Investment : $500
    Monthly Investment : $100
    Total Amount : $2900
    Number of Payments : 24

  • $500 one time payment

  • Estimated time till we sell for max earning potential: 2 years.
  • Possible Side Earning Potential: If all investors agree we might build (which is our preferred option on Ocean Front) and keep this as a vacation rental where it would rent for as high as $5000/week in high season and as low as $2500 – $3000/week in the low season. These rates would guarantee full occupancy at all times. Thus you would earn weekly profit. We would then sell for even higher when the time came.

  • 2+ times your invested amount (potential is unlimited due to rental). You will earn from weekly rental income and sale of house. 70% of rental profit is returned back to investors.
  • 20% goes to a holding account for that property to cover repairs and unforeseen costs.
  • 10% goes to us for managing the property.

Estimated time before we sell for max earning potential

  • Using as rental property so will not sell unless investors agree and the time is right.

Side Earning Potential:

  • We plan on using these houses as vacation rentals where it would rent for as high as $2000/week in high season and as low as $1000/week in the low season. Thus you would earn weekly profit. We would then sell for even higher when the time came.

PPREI (Paradise Properties Real Estate Investments) is back

Everyone who has expressed an interest in PPREI should check out this e-mail I’ve received from the admin. It discusses some very important information that both existing and potentially new members should know.

It has been a long haul to get the new PPREI site up and running, but we are finally there :)

The truth is, the site was ready a few months back and we were about to launch it but then we heard about rumors at FriendlyPay so we held off. FriendlyPay then stopped processing transactions. At this time we decided to no longer accept FriendlyPay. FriendlyPays payment system was heavily integrated into our new back end script which took a long time to do as it is not the easiest to work with (however it is very secure). So we had to change all the code for the script and re-do the site. That is why the long delay.

Now what……Well we have decided to no longer use an Escrow provider as we still do not know what is happening with FriendlyPay, and to have money tied up in any Escrow payment system is crazy. We are now using PayPal, Ebullion and Wire.

Why these options?

Simple…..PayPal has been around for a very long time and we have checked to make sure they allow Real Estate payments and our service (which they do). Ebullion has also been around for a long time and is located out of the USA or Canada so it shouldn’t suffer the same problems that Egold is having plus it is a very secure site. Wire transfer, this is the easiest way to transfer money to us as you can wire it directly to us.

PPREI was built with safe payments (Escrow Payments) however with the loss we may face with FriendlyPay we can not allow that to happen again. Everyone that invested using the Escrow system, your money is still invested with us. Even though we may never get that money out, it is still invested with us as that was our promise that your funds would be safe.

REFUNDS:
For those that do not feel comfortable moving forward using these new payment options we will provide a refund back through how you paid. We will simply cancel your Escrow Payment(s) you made with us through FriendlyPay and you can try to get your money back out. Or you can leave it invested with us and if FriendlyPay doesn’t come back then we will be the ones to take the loss as you have already invested the money with us.

Those of you that have invested into the Early Bird plan on the old site please go to the PLANS page and you will see a plan named OLD EARLY BIRD PLAN. You must use that plan to continue investing your monthly payment until the entire 24 payments have been paid (payments from FriendlyPay plus the new payments).

We wish to thank each of you for your patience with us while we changed our site. Without you PPREI would not exist.

Investing in PPREI is not only simple but SAFE, as we never take your funds. They will stay in ESCROW until you earn your entire investment amount back. How is this possible? We utilize FriendlyPay’s Escrow system where we cannot accept the money and you cannot cancel the money and take it back. It sits there until you approve it to be sent to us, or we decide to return it to you.

You indicate which investment plan you want to invest in and then transfer your funds into the Escrow system, where it stays.

Our investment plans range from $500 up to $25000 per unit. Each investment plan has a certain number of units available. The profit generated from the property whether weekly, monthly or by the sale of property, is split equally among each unit. Essentially the more units you have, the more you will earn.

Some of the property will be rented out weekly, others will be turned into resorts and then rented out daily, while others will be held until the time is right to sell. You will see in your members account which investment properties will be used for what purpose before you make your decision as to what will work best for you.”

I must say this is one neat concept – the use of escrow. Your money stays safe 100% of the time.

WHAT IS ESCROW?
This is a system that protects both you and PPREI. After you transfer the money to us via Escrow, we cannot accept the money unless you approve it to be sent to us. Remember you do not complete the transfer of funds in Escrow until you earn EVERY PENNY back that you invested.


HOW CAN YOU SAY YOU DON’T TAKE OUR MONEY, DON’T YOU NEED MONEY TO INVEST IN THESE PROPERTIES?

Yes, we do need money but we either take out a loan, or we will have already purchased these properties and are now giving you the opportunity to buy into the profit. CAN I GET A REFUND?
Why would you want to? Real Estate is the most secure form of investing there is. Yes, it will take some time to recover your initial deposit but the property will continue to increase in value and as such so will your potential profit when the property is sold. You are always guaranteed to receive your initial amount back at the very least. In most cases, you will double or triple your money. HOWEVER, if you want a refund, we do provide them but there is a 30% penalty. We can sell your spot to someone else and if we do this, then no penalty will be charged.

IS MY NAME ON THE PROPERTY TITLE?
Please be aware that you are not purchasing the property itself but the profit generated from that property. The legal information for each property will be accessible to those that invest in it.

CAN I STAY AT THE PROPERTIES I INVEST IN?
Absolutely! Each investor will be given time to stay in the rental property they have invested in. The allotted time (not specific dates, as you are free to chose the timing of your vacation, as long as it is not already pre-rented, so please CONTACT PPREI BEFORE MAKING ANY PLANS!) will be based on the property, the investing amount, etc.

WHAT IS STOPPING ME FROM PURCHASING PROPERTIES ON MY OWN?
Absolutely nothing! If you can purchase property privately, feel free. We have just found that it is more advantageous and easier to be purchasing property as a group. You do not have to rely on your own credit, pay large sums of upfront fees and down payments, make the monthly mortgage payment on your own, find someone to manage the property, find someone to clean the property, ….the list is truly endless. PPREI brings to investors the ability to invest in amazing properties without all the hassle.
