I just happen to be browsing the PPREI Ltd. website (Paradise Properties Real Estate Investments) and although it’s been a while since I came by I did notice that they’re offering new investment ventures, so I thought I’d let you all know in case offshore real estate investing is your cup of team.
They currently have two investment options: vacant land and a pre-construction development. There are three investment plans, but one is already closed. Listed below are the two current remaining plans.
New Early Bird(Vacant Land)

Initial Investment : $500
Monthly Investment : $100

- Earning Potential From Investment: 3+ times your invested amount.
- Estimated time till we sell for max earning potential: 2 years.
- Possible Side Earning Potential: If all investors agree we might build (which is our preferred option on Ocean Front) and keep this as a vacation rental where it would rent for as high as $5000/week in high season and as low as $2500 – $3000/week in the low season. These rates would guarantee full occupancy at all times. Thus you would earn weekly profit. We would then sell for even higher when the time came.

There is only room for 20 people to invest into these ones.
Earning Potential From Investment:
- 2+ times your invested amount (potential is unlimited due to rental). You will earn from weekly rental income and sale of house. 70% of rental profit is returned back to investors.
- 20% goes to a holding account for that property to cover repairs and unforeseen costs.
- 10% goes to us for managing the property.
Estimated time before we sell for max earning potential
- Using as rental property so will not sell unless investors agree and the time is right.
Side Earning Potential:
- We plan on using these houses as vacation rentals where it would rent for as high as $2000/week in high season and as low as $1000/week in the low season. Thus you would earn weekly profit. We would then sell for even higher when the time came.
